The Onehunga Mall Club is a collection of 102 apartments set above two levels of car parking and retail in Onehunga's heritage town centre. Landmark House is one of Auckland's most distinctive character buildings constructed in 1930 as the headquarters for the Auckland Electric Power Board. Four floors were acquired during 2019, stripped back to their shells and refurbished to a high quality standard in 2020 for new office tenants.

Completed in 2018, the SKHY apartments enjoy elevated city living saturated in some of the most extraordinary views of the city while the lowest levels provide a series of bespoke warehouse apartments and garden apartments with huge outdoor terraces.
