A collaboration between Lamont & Co. and Cheshire Architects, to produce a master planned redevelopment of the former Eden House, to provide 65 luxury apartments and associated car parking. Under construction the SKHY apartments enjoy elevated city living saturated in some of the most extraordinary views of the city while the lowest levels will provide a series of bespoke warehouse apartments and garden apartments with huge outdoor terraces.

Unilodge

Project

A 343 studio room, 16 level purpose built student accommodation tower central to the Auckland University campus which opened at the start of the 2017 academic year. Unilodge manage the property on behalf of the University of Auckland who have taken a long term lease of the building.
