A collaboration between Lamont & Co. and Cheshire Architects, to produce a master planned redevelopment of the former Eden House, to provide 65 luxury apartments and associated car parking. Completed in 2018, the SKHY apartments enjoy elevated city living saturated in some of the most extraordinary views of the city while the lowest levels provide a series of bespoke warehouse apartments and garden apartments with huge outdoor terraces.
