A collection of 69 parkside residences within two striking buildings that pay homage to their privileged location, directly opposite Auckland Domain. Apartments range from one to four bedroom layouts with large outdoor terraces offering an array of options to suit different tastes and budgets. An existing seven-level structure will be extended and rejuvenated to form the luxury Park Residences with unencumbered park and city views whilst nestled behind is the Garden Residences, a new six-level, north-facing building. The two buildings are connected via a ‘secret garden’ as an ode to the volcanic gardens that form such an integral part of Auckland Domain.

Landmark House is one of Auckland's most distinctive character buildings constructed in 1930 as the headquarters for the Auckland Electric Power Board. Four floors were acquired during 2019, stripped back to their shells and refurbished to a high quality standard in 2020 for new office tenants.

A collaboration between Lamont & Co. and Cheshire Architects, to produce a master planned redevelopment of the former Eden House, to provide 66 luxury apartments, 3 workshops, and associated car parking. Completed in 2018, the SKHY apartments enjoy elevated city living saturated in some of the most extraordinary views of the city while the lowest levels provide a series of bespoke warehouse apartments and garden apartments with huge outdoor terraces.
